About Me:
I am a barista who took over my current coffee shop and am currently in the process of implementing a specialty coffee program in it. I am still relatively new to the specialty coffee industry and am always learning and keeping up with the ever changing nature of this particular industry. I hope to be able to compete in the barista champs in a couple of years time.
About My Company:
Stokers Coffee Lounge was started in 1977 by a bloke named Ian Tonkin. There was not much of a coffee emphasis at this cafe, until I took it over and started implementing a specialty coffee program. We are now expanding and opening our second shop specifically fitted out for specialty coffee. We are also looking to franchise to qualified and suitable cafe owners.
