Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I work at a recently opened 3rd wave coffee shop in the strange west asheville area. My skills were developed and honed in Bellingham washington, where i helped create a new coffee buisness idea, coffee catering. Full wet bar and coffee bar service for up to 300 people. I found my passion for coffee while i was a young man in my italian grandfathers kitchen, pulling shots of nectar through a vintage La Pavoni lever machine. I've been hooked on all things coffee since then. I take pride in properly prepared coffee, and look forward to exploring further and further in this seemingly endless field.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I am very interested in living and traveling in central and south america, perhaps one day owning a coffee farm somewhere down there....

About Me:

I am a mid 20s semi professional barista. I work full time at one of 2 coffee shops that sell by the cup single origin coffee in the asheville area. I am a coffee geek who is continually working toward a better cup, refining and growing my knowledge as often as i can. I love coffee, and all things having to do with it
