About Me:

I first fell in love with coffee while studying photography in Florence, Italy in 2005. Before that, I had no taste for it. My only experience up to that point was grocery store coffee at home (something I never enjoyed). After returning home, I promptly found a job working in an Espresso Bar and gobbled up any and all information that I could find. I have worked at several café's since and have scoured dozens of cities across the world looking for the perfect shot but I have never found one that trumps the first shot I experienced in Florence.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Ubiquitousness of coffee around the world and the close proximity of coffee and the art world.
