In a country where pouring coffee is just another job, I have 3 central-African baristas who love coffee, engage educationally with our clientele, & aren't afraid to refuse letting the shot run longer. And they all pour a damn-good cuppa! God loves me.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Oz (Perth specifically), El Salvador, Eastern parts of Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Kenya, Israel

About My Company:

Don't have my own...yet. But we get our equipment, passion, training and beans from Origin Coffee Roasting. Cup-for-cup? Definitely right up there!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

When you (or your supplier) know which farms/farmers you are getting your premium coffee from, and a premium price is paid, lives are positively affected
