Zingle changes the way customers communicate with their favorite businesses by making it as simple as sending a text. Zingle provides text solutions to retail establishments including coffee shops. Ford Blakely, the founder of Zingle, was tired of waiting in long lines every morning at his local coffee shop for his "single shot, soy mocha, 2 pumps, no whip". So, Ford worked with operators to create Zingle, a stand alone text solution that automatically prints the order, responds to customers with a confirmation, and keeps a log of all recent orders.
