Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
At present I'm working for others at the place where coffee should be very essential but nobody really cares for the branch. I'm planning to open restaurant in a year or so where I'll focus on well built coffee menu but introducing food based on coffee too. Green coffee is my obsession. I was working with coffee and loving it all my life. My knowledge about subject is lot higher then average.
