We opened a cafe and used bookstore called 21 East all to benefit Literacy Volunteers of Chautauqua County-we are staffed by all volunteers except myself. We have a wonderful Barista who has a longtime passion for coffee but who may want/need some more training@

Paris, Vienna, Tuscany

I am getting more involved with this "side" business and feel that the best advertising is an amazing cup of coffee and great customer service.
About My Company:
We are having fun and providing a community service by empowering adults who need help with reading, getting a GED r learning English as a second language.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The happiness it brings when people enjoy a good cup of coffee and the fact that we are helping to strengthen our community and coffee growing regions with fair trade coffee.
