About Me:
Love, love, love, love, LOVE my coffee. Unfortunately always feels like I can never find a place that actually makes them :P
Have done a couple of barista courses in the past when I was working at a cafe back home in Australia and would now love nothing more than to take another course, brush up my skills and open up my own cafe to ensure there is at least one place near by me serving espresso as it's meant to be. Yes, I'm a coffee snob, it's true :)
