About Me
A gifted, highly qualified baker offering over 15 years of managing R&D projects in the baking industry while providing consulting and coaching services to various clients, among them are international baking and dough companies, hotel chains and restaurant chains.
I have developed mostly product lines of premium breads, pastries and pizzas from a raw idea stage through the product structuring, staff coaching and market positioning.
During those years I had let my creativity freedom by writing and publishing some baking & cook books in the US market (currently sold in Barnes & Noble, Amazon etc.).
I truly & deeply love my profession and I enjoy communicating with people from the baking industry; I easily interact with executives, clients and staff from various countries, continents and cultures.
