About Me:

I have been in the Coffee Industry for around 20 years. I am continuing to learn and grow with the coffee industry. I have been a Roast Master for most of that time. Roasting is a passion and an art form that i am happy to have been a part of thus far. I have yet to travel to an Origin, however I know that I will soon. I have also personally developed spread sheets to track green inventory through the roasting process and packaging. This seems to help with certification audits and tracking coffee inventory. I am a service and consultant based business. I service all coffee equipment, from roaster to final cup. With my long history in the coffee industry I am confident in my service skills and training preventative maintenance along the way. I wish to see the coffee industry maintain a high standard.
