after working for 2 years at starbucks, i fled to this coffee shop here in birmingham called primavera coffee roasters. we import all of our coffees from around 12ish different countries and roaster everything here in the store...nothing on the shelf is more than 7 days out of our roaster. we use a la marzocco gb/5 and two mazzer super jollies...nice little set up...with an ambex 15 kilo roaster up front...
