Bacchus bistro is a French bistro offering a good and solid quality food, it's a neiborought place in Brooklyn. I'm opening a bakery next to the bistro, with a very good pastry Chef, and expect to serve a great quality coffee. La defense is open for 6 months now, serve french food and pasty .
