Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Shop open for 2 1/2 years. We are open from 10-6. Located in the historic Avenues District of Salt Lake City. We have Clover1s # 039. LaSpaziale TA 2 group, nice work horse with a reliable shot. We roast in house and enjoy a nice following. The local starbuck managers come here for great cup.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Greek islands and back to Rome.
About Me:
In and out of the coffee bus for 20 or so years. Fluid bed roaster. Green coffee biz in Mexico for two years. Single estate coffees are what we do. No blending although I love to blend for espresso.
About My Company:
Started summer 06 and still here. No wholesale and only fresh daily roasting to order. "Best Iced Coffee in Utah" voted in '09. Not bad for the new guys. Small crew of 5 including self. I think I work 24/7 or so. Open 10-6 mon-sat. No food, no wi-fi just great coffee and plenty of information.
