i have worked in the cafe world for many years as an employee. i realized how little i knew about coffee in every respect when i started to do some research. i would like to further my education.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
scotland, switzerland, north africa
About Me:
i hope to open a high quality coffee house in edmonton alberta next year (2010). i would like to have live music in the evenings and revolving art exhibits etc.. i am interested to see what's happening out there in the coffee house world. i am planning to take the 5 day course at the american barista school sometime this fall.
