well i won the second place in the first barista championship in 2007 and i also won the award for the best capuccino. i love what i do and i don't see myself doing something else. and lately i´ve been learning how to roast. it´s very interesting actually!

I'm 27, i've been working as a barista since i was 21, when i started to work in viva espresso, the place i work. there is where i have met the greatest baristas in the world es james hoffman and many others.

About My Company:

viva espresso is the place i work, it's like home being there with my boss dn. federico and dña.lily, they are awesome!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

That every single day there is something new that you can find in a cup of coffee
