I attended American Barista & Coffee school and have been to Coffeefest a few times. I'm opening a coffee shop in Miami and we just got our plans through the city and are about to start building the shop.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love traveling and will travel anywhere.
About Me:
I have had 3 retail music stores and was a real estate developer. I find the coffee business very interesting and find it to hold alot of profit potential. I want my workers to be real professionals and bring my coffee shop to the standards I see in the shops out west but not here.
About My Company:
My shop will carry a large selection of coffee drinks along with self-serve frozen yogurt. It is in a new planned development in downtown Miami. The shop will have outdoor seating and a walk-up window. We will occupy 1,000 square feet of space. There are 900 living units in the complex and a park across the street. The interior will be high end. We have a mostly young professional customer base.
