I own a coffee house with organic and healthy selections....and ethically raised coffee supplied by a local roaster!

About Me:

I am mom of two energetic boys and one teen daughter, and yet was crazy enough to open a 24/7 commitment in a coffee house! Our coffee house has become our second home, since my daughter works for us and the boys usually have a built-in playdate in the tot customer crowd! Thankfully, I have an extremely supportive husband, who also helps out at the shop, despite having his own job.

About My Company:

Spill the Beans Organic Coffee & Chat House, LLC. A mouthful, but hopefuly it communicates what we are all about! We are located in residential neighborhood, and also live just over a mile from our shop, which means many of our customers are also our friends and neighbors. Our goal is to become 100% organic, as the industry permits.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

That it is so much more intricate and complex than many people know.
