Just opened (21/1) and bangin' out fine espresso. Bit of a coffee geek, into pushing the boundaries and endless conversations about coffee stuff. Not sure what I have to offer in the way of work/barista exchange yet, give me a few weeks to get into a rhythm. Watch this space...

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Doing what I love and making money at it (well, I will be soon) and the appreciation that I get from people when they say, "wow, that is the best coffee I ever had"
