As a cafe owner, I avoid the coffee hype and stick to the simplicity of delicious coffee 1.Quality of the beans - fair trade/traditionl/organic sourcing of specialty grade Arabica beans 2.Fresh Roasting locally, consuming within hours of roasting 3.Grind & Brew - this comes with a good quality grinder, espresso machine (not necessarily with all the fancy & ridiculous gadgets) and BARISTA! 4,Your coffee expert, the Barista, is key to your experience.. no pretentiousness please.
