I work at Think Coffee in Manhattan, NY. We serve fair trade, organic, and shade grown coffee, all locally roasted. All of our baristas are certified through the Barista Guild of America. 10% of our profits go to charity, and we use 100% compostable paper and plastic products for all of our drinks and food. we compost everything we can, and we serve a rotating menu of single origin coffees, while working directly with these farmers to ensure their sustainability. we are proud of our low impact on the environment, small carbon footprint, and of course high qualtiy products.
