Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have a 2 group 1965 E-61 at home, I also have a 2 group La San Marco Leva, I use a Mazzer SJ and a naked portifilter that I cut out. I am getting my coffee art down.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I work as a pilot, so I travel, mostly west/east coast with Toronto and Mexico, so I get to visit some of the best roasters and coffee shops. I hope to go to italy soon as well.

the art, passon, taste, smell, and textures that bring people together all over the world! as well as the machinery
