I do what i do because I really enjoy it. Being a barista has been one of the more unexpectedly rewarding things about living here in hawaii. My skills with the coffee are just the beginning. I'm a people person who knows how to run the front of the house. Nobody goes away tired or uninspired...at minimum they're smiling.
