i owned a retail coffee house for 16 yrs. because of health concerns i retired. i enjoyed the 16 years in the business. traveled to countries of origin and experienced first hand the hard work to bring coffee to market and eventually into our coffee house. i employed fair trade practices and tried to be thoughtful of sustainability and ecological impact on our industry
