I was a chef prior to opening my shop.love the wilderness around Tucson.mt. biking and hiking
About My Company:
I roast our beans on a 6# san franciscan drum roaster.I use a 2 gr.lavictoria lever machine.new Bosco 3 gr lever machine is ordered,arrival12/2012. I use a ditting doserless grinder.
