What is the proper term for a skilled/seasoned female "Roast Master"? Roast Master? Roast matriarch? Asado chica? well, that's me. i've currently been toasting the cherry pits at Red Rock Roasters on a surly Lilla behemoth, practicing the art of composure whilst surfing the learning curves of her.
