How many years have you been in the industry?
Was in the industry (long time ago) for about 3 years; great passion ever since.
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
When I was a barista, I could make a killer latte in a glass cup: perfect layers of hot milk and thick foam with rich brown espresso cushioned in between, creating a dramatically elegant drink for the eye and the palate. I loved taking the time and care to get the drinks just so. And, I really loved the history of coffee and coffee houses....and still do.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Venezia and Firenze, Italia; Vienna, Austria; Hawaii; Bali, Thailand; Boston, MA (USA); Scotland and Ireland; Sydney, Australia; Provence, France.....(lots of other places, too)
