About Me:
I'm a teacher in a catering school, the chefs and waiters of the futur. They need to now more about coffee. All the attention goes to wine and beer. But coffee is inportant to, so that why i feel my self responsable to open there eyes and let them now how beautiful the coffeeworld is.
