Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I originally started my coffee career in my home town summer of 2007 on the island of Kauai at Small Town Coffee Co. Since then I have become more & more obsessed with coffee culture, science & history; I have being part of the opening & management of a few local businesses, as well as worked in a few different coffee shops here in my current town of Telluride, CO. I have recently worked for Telluride Coffee Roasters and learned a bit more hands on about the roasting of coffee, and business side of farming, growing & roasting coffee. I am also honored & flattered to have been featured an article of "Edible" magazine - being quoted as the "best barista in town" <3
About Me:
Born & raised on the island of Kauai, Hawaii - I am extremely passionate about coffee. I am a geek to coffee science & started writing a book on it when I was 17. I am constantly learning more & more about coffee & always thrilled to be taught something new.
