Opened a coffee shop in January of 2011. Chris Palacio/Manager is novice barista we use intellegentsia as our main roaster we use a cold drip system for our iced coffees and a proprietary blend of companies/blends that we have worked very hard to create. looking for skilled baristas to take shop to next level
