ok about the shops, yes shops. both espresso bars are located in the highest traffic area in the CBD, normally turning over around 150-200kg per week per shop . our coffee has just one best coffee in Australia and the people who roast it have a cafe also they one best coffee and best cafe in Australia http://www.camposcoffee.com/ we use modified La Marzocco Linea's 3 group with competition modafications and competition grinders, again with mods (makes being so busy much better)

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

i'm not interested in travell but am more than willing to try people from other countries here if that suits you guys :)

umm haha?? i don't take any bullshit especially from staff that i pay to do a great job don't want people that just need a job want people that love making awesome coffee and love customers, because without the customers we all have nothing
