i've been in the film industry for several years and have some experience but none as a barista on a high end espresso machine. would really like to get tips on that as well as roasting as i will be purchasing both. i've been using a manual espresso machine which i think i have a good technique and have just started home roasting

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

i'm interested in travelling to south america to see small local coffee growers and learn more about coffee as well as europe.
