I worked in bad and good coffee shops, having worked in the good shops i can see how bad the bad ones really were. My last experience was in a 3rd wave coffee shop, selling fantastic coffee on a great machine. I'm now trying to replicate that in my new place of employment.

About Me:

20 years in the hospitality industry and most has been restaurants. looking back i'm horrified that a bad cup of tea/coffee can leave a final impression for the customer, my decision to change that is why i'm here now.

About My Company:

I work in a fine dining cafe/homestore in Kildare. We sell great food my aim is to now sell great tea and coffee.
