My shop is ran with a very relaxed management system. We don't have managers and everybody that is hired is hired with the expectation that they will be working to keep things in order and moving. So that means that everyone does everything and there is no one task for one person. I also like to give the regulars shit.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Perto Rico is the country I would like to see. Because I am salsa dancer and a surfer.
