Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I manage 9 espresso stores around town with 23 baristi in total. We are predominatly a take out espresso operations, dedicated to effecient quality espresso beverages. I would rate my barista skills failrly high but will never stop to learn more. I enjoy challenges in the coffee industry such as barista competitons and performing espresso tasting/preparation seminars for a wider audience.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Depending on what I want to gain out of my travelling.
About Me:
Having chosen a career in coffee, life beyond the daily grind is spending time with family, the golf course and fishing. Sporting activities are also high on my list, even though time restrictions lead me to watch more on tv than play on the field. I have tarvelled much of Europe, Austalasia, North America and parts of Asia, with real desire to venture into coffee growing regions especially.
