i work at a speciality coffee roasters/cafe in edinburgh. began working in jan 08 as head barista and apprentice roaster. it's a small roastery, 5kg roaster/ 15-20 seating cafe thats still in it's early days... we supply to a small number of coffee shops/resturants as well as selling beans to our customers.
