I have been working for Peet's Coffee and Tea inc. for over ten years, both in retail shops as a barista and store manager, and for the last three years as a coffee, tea and bar trainer at a regional and company level. i absolutely love espresso, not only as a delicious beverage, but as a craft and a way to empower people to enhance the inherent quality of coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Atlanta, Portland, NYC, Eastern Europe, Japan, China (for tea), all specialty coffee growing origins
