Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
hmm...i learned coffee and espresso in my teens in a french restaurant in Berkeley in the 60's. Since then Iv'e owned a cafe and worked in many others. Just always loved making and roasting coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
i don't know.
About Me:
Really? I'm a single dad, have a daughter, step daughter and step granddaughter that live with me and I hope to feed them with the proceeds from the cafe and roastery.
About My Company:
Not open yet, but I plan to have a homey, well lit cafe that people will feel comfortable hanging out in. Most of the trade will come from wholesale. And I will turn out the best roast I possibly can.
