i have owned a coffee shop/ cafe' for 3.5 years then sold it. I worked for a local roaster for close to 2yrs. I practiced training other barista's for local restraunts. I am a certified astoria tech, although i have alot of experiance with several other espresso machines as well as brewers.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
anywhere in the states would be cool!! But i long to go back to germany and participate in any there.

About My Company:
I work for Sojourn Coffe here in charleston sc. I helped work on some older machines that they aquired as well as installed there current machine. We offer locally roasted coffe that are also certifed organic.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
making drinks for people and seeing them smile
