the theme of my coffee shop is classic,and we sold of kind coffee brewed,my barista skill is average so I think i need more skill improving

in Asia : I like to go to Singapore or Kuala lumpur,because there are lot of coffee shop there,In Europa : Italy ..the coffee country..

my company is not to care about the barista standard,they doesn't wanted to make a big expenses for training,this make me dispointed
