Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
well i have been involved in the alaskan coffee shack business since i was 12. my family had a couple of businesses so i started working on an espresso machine earlier than most. but i didn't start taking it seriously until i got hired at kaladi brothers cafe. i am now a barista at snow city cafe and am really starting to get interested in coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
specifically i'd say new york or san fran as far as cities go, and ecuador and new zealand are the two countries i'm very interested in traveling to.
About Me:
i'm a 23 year old barista/dj living with my beautiful girlfriend and a roommate in our downtown anchorage apartment. i enjoy intelligent music, good coffee and down to earth people. i'm not out to prove a point, just to have a good time.
About My Company:
i work at Snow City Cafe and i make coffee for the entire restaurant. its fun at times because when its slow i get to express myself more with drink making, but when its crazy its my job to send the drinks out in a timely fashion. so a lot of creativity gets the hack.
