About Me:
I love coffee. It is the brown nectar of the gods that sustains me through those groggy eyed mornings. I love that the company I work with tries to develop relationships with the farmers on a personal level as well as professional. I love that we support fair-trade & organic farming. I really believe that the more knowledge I can pass on to my baristi, the better they can sell our beans & make top notch beverages. Being able to sell our coffee well makes a huge, positive impact for our farmers well being. We control the end result of all their hard work. I strive to do my best to make sure every bean realizes its full potential.
About My Company:
Colleen Crosby was the owner before she unfirtunately passed away. She was a pioneer for the fair trade movement & testified in front of U.S. Congress to plea for support in undeveloped countries. The owners also invented the Brew Bar. In my mind this makes caffeinated genius coffee deities.
