About Me:
i started working in the industry when i was 14 and immediately fell in love with all things coffee. after a number of shop jobs and personal interest, i now working with roasting/distributing company that does start-to-finish consulting, planning, training, and suppling for shops. i enjoy getting to learn the business side of the industry and doing product research but my heart will always be behind the bar.
