    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    i feel that in 2 years i've fallen into this position pretty smoothly. i want to learn as much as possible! i feel that being a barista is a skill that can take me to all of the places that i really want to go! while i still have a lot to learn, i think i have a fairly solid foundation to work off of.


    What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

    i'd love to see all of the world, but i'm mostly interested in traveling through the pacific northwest. i'd love to pull a few shots in a truly busy and appreciative environment.


    About Me:

    i fell in love with coffee by accident. i needed a job. being a barista spoke to me and i needed to learn more and more and more until it consumed my professional aspirations. i am married to a coffee nut! i ride my bike for transportation and have done so for the last 4 years. i am a philosophy and religion major in my spare time!

We strive to be as close to waste free as possible,we use organically grown and fairly traded products whenever possible and we give 5% of profits to local and national causes. I am proud to be a part of something so genuine and truly surprised that a company like this exists in Connecticut!


    What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

    The connection with community and environment that is essential in the survival of our little industry!
