About Me:
My name is Stelios. I am barista 8 years and the last five months I am working for a company. The object of my job now is volved with roasting the coffee in witch I learn about roasting and also I help the baristas that use our coffee
About My Company:
Companys name is HORECA S.A and coffee's name is Dimello. We have two roasters machine. First is 120 kgr for one batch and second is 15 kgr for one batch.
