Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am working at a small specialty coffee shop/cafe in melbournes inner east. We blend and serve a variety of single origin coffees from our roaster as espresso and as brewed clover coffee. I am experienced in working on busy bars and busy floors and i really love sharing my love of really good coffee. Seeing how our customers progress from coffee lovers to borderline coffee maniacs . I would love to mix and bond with other industry professionals from overseas to learn more about my trade and expanding on what expertise i can offer back on my own patch.

About Me:

I am a mad keen surfer and photographer and occasional soul minstrel. I have travelled a fair bit in south east asia and some of europe have done long stints on the roads around Oz, and loved it. I have studied politics and philosophy and really get into the odd heated discussions regarding such subjects. I buy and read magazines like a fiend and i have to learn everything there is to know about whatever I am into at the time. I just love it. And, of course, since a year ago, i cant stop talking or thinking about coffee.
