Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My skills suck. My employees are much better than me. My coffee shops in the burg of Cincinnati, however, are the best. We work very hard at being the best that we can be.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
it seems that all my vacations revolve around coffee. Whether it's going to origin or to SCAA or coffeefest. I'm very fortunate that they that grow coffee in very beautiful parts of the world.

We've been around for a while. since 1973 but, we're learning new stuff every day. It always amazes me when people tell me that it's always been their dream to have a coffee shop. So they can chill. We wake up running everyday. Not hustling to make a dollar. But, running to learn the latest, coolest thing in this great industry of ours.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
hmmm... besides the first cup of coffee in the morning? maybe the third?
