Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm working in a independent coffee shop in South London inside a local market. 70% of our customers are regular and I really enjoy this more laid-back, community-like environment compare to other places in London. We roast our own beans, and we have cupping event monthly, I was trained with latte art, dialing espresso and cleaning and maintaining the machine. We don't serve filter coffee in our shop, but I'm really interested in all different way of brewing, so I use my spare time to gain those knowledges.

About Me:
I'm 28 years old Taiwanese girl, moved to London 3 years ago to study Arts, after graduated, I started working in a coffee shop in London. I always love coffee and I've been working in a coffee shop before I moved to London. however, what I've learnt here is absolutely widen my mind up. I travelled quite often, I'm interested in art, in photography and coffee!!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
meeting people and make yourself a nice cup of coffee everyday
