This dual spout portafilter has 2 mounting ears at 10 and 4 o'clock. The inside strainer clearance is 54mm so I expect the inside of the strainer is 50-52mm. The outside of the rim is just under 59mm. The distance across the ears is 72mm and the width of the ear is 27mm. Any help with identifying the Make and Model(s) will be greatly appreciated.
