This is Coffee Supreme's Red Sea Blend,
I haven't had Supreme for some time and this one caught my interest.
Its a blend of washed Ethiopian Sidamo and dry-processed Yemen Mocca. I really enjoyed this both straight and with milk, with a lovely fragrant dry aroma which produced a citrusy, but not overly bright cup.
It has distictive berry flavours with a nice chocolate aftertaste.
Only tried this as espresso, but I will likely get some more in soon to try other brewing methods.
