I work for a locally owned business featuring 2 cafes and a drive-thru.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I love Western Europe, specifically Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I would love to travel just about anywhere.

About Me:

I've been a barista for approximately 6 years. I love learning new parts of the business. For example, we use swift grinders at our stores, but I recently learned to hand tamp. Love that stuff!

About My Company:

We're opening our 3rd location this Spring, Construction on the new facility is going well, and we're in the midst of training around 25 new baristas. I'm really excited to work on building a new customer base!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I enjoy getting to know the customers and their favorite drinks.
